The Oil Delivery Coordinator is responsible for scheduling deliveries and distributing tickets to drivers using mapping technology. They monitor routes and communicate with drivers, technicians, and managers to ensure efficient dispatch and completion of deliveries.
Candidates must have a high school diploma and preferably 1-2 years of dispatch experience. Proficiency in MS Office and strong communication skills are required to function in a fast-paced environment.

As an Oil Delivery Coordinator, you will be the person our customers rely on to get assistance when they need it! You will prepare records and distribute delivery tickets to Delivery Drivers in response to customer requests using our scheduling and mapping technology. As an Oil Delivery Coordinator you must be pleasant, professional and possess the ability to function equally well both independently and in a team environment. You must be highly detail-oriented and focused with a flexible and adaptable nature. It is also important that you display excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal and active listening skills as well as the ability to interact effectively with both customers and coworkers.
