Supervise daily yard operations including material sorting, loading, and truck flow to ensure a safe and productive environment. Lead and coach a team of operators, drivers, and laborers while maintaining equipment and upholding safety standards.
Requires 5+ years of experience in yard, recycling, or logistics environments, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role. A high school diploma or GED is required, and experience operating heavy equipment is strongly preferred.

As our Yard Manager, you’ll play a key role in supervising our yard operations, which involve sorting materials, loading, operating equipment, and managing truck flow. Your main goal will be to ensure a safe, efficient, and productive environment for everyone on site. This isn’t just a desk job; we’re searching for someone who enjoys collaboration and can dive right in with the team to resolve challenges and keep everything running smoothly.
