The Controller will oversee accounting operations, manage month-end closes, and review financial statements across multiple recycling locations. They are responsible for budgeting, forecasting, and supervising the office accounting staff to ensure internal compliance.
A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance and at least 7 years of progressive accounting experience are required. Candidates must have specific experience in the Waste & Recycling industry and a strong background in supervising direct reports.
