The Barista is responsible for providing excellent guest service while preparing and selling high-quality, hand-crafted coffee and food items. They must also maintain equipment, manage cash transactions, and ensure the dining area remains clean and well-stocked.
Candidates should have excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, along with basic math proficiency. Previous food and beverage or barista experience is preferred, and a high school diploma or equivalent is desired.

Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience.
