Oversee the operation, repair, and maintenance of building systems including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing at the Chantilly facility and provide remote administrative support for other sites. Manage end-to-end logistics, including receiving, tracking government property, and coordinating domestic shipments.
Requires at least 3 years of experience in building operations and the ability to obtain a TS/SCI security clearance. Candidates must be US citizens capable of performing physical tasks such as climbing ladders and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Rincon Research Corporation seeks a Building Maintenance Technician who will oversee operation, repair, and maintenance on all building systems in such a manner as to ensure optimal conditions at our Chantilly, Virginia facility, and who will provide facility administration support for day-to-day site operations, including remote facility administration support for our sites located in Colorado, Florida, and Arizona.
