The supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily refinery, fractionation, and washing plant operations to ensure production efficiency and quality. They must coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues while maintaining strict adherence to safety and environmental standards.
The role requires experience in managing plant operations and monitoring process parameters to meet production targets. Candidates must be capable of leading teams, performing troubleshooting, and reporting performance metrics to management.

You are on a journey to join an exciting Company and be part of our success story. Here we will equip you with the know-how and experience that will define your growth. In this role that you are about to embark on, you are required to carry out the following responsibilities:
Supervise daily refinery, fractionation, and washing plant operations to ensure smooth and efficient production.
Monitor process parameters, product quality, equipment performance, and production targets.
Coordinate with operators, maintenance, quality, and HSE teams to resolve operational issues.
Ensure all activities follow safety, health, environmental, and company procedures.
Support troubleshooting, shift handover, manpower planning, and improvement activities.
Report plant performance, issues, and action plans to the Refinery Manager.
