We’re looking for an enthusiastic, organised and people-focused Telesales Team Lead Assistant to support our busy Customer Support team. If you enjoy motivating others, solving customer queries and keeping a fast-moving team running smoothly, this could be the perfect next step.

· A positive, patient and customer-first approach.
· The confidence to make decisions, solve problems and escalate when needed.
· A natural ability to motivate, coach and support others.
