The Associate Driver is responsible for unloading and delivering products to customers, as well as conducting pre-trip and post-trip inspections of equipment and vehicles. This role involves safely operating commercial motor vehicles and handling material equipment.
Candidates must have 0 to 1 years of specific driving experience and possess a valid Class A, B, or C Commercial Driver's License. They must also be able to lift products weighing between 25 to 50 pounds regularly and up to 170 pounds.
Position responsibilities:
The Associate Driver is responsible for unloading and delivering products to our customers as well as pre-trip and post-trip inspections of equipment and vehicle
This role must have the ability to safely and professionally operate a commercial motor vehicle including conveyors and carts
Drivers will securely operate powered industrial trucks and/or material handling equipment such as an electric pallet jack and/or hand truck
You will pick up returned products including payments and pallets as well as completing delivery and pick up paperwork
Other duties as assigned
Required Education and Experience:
0 to 1 plus years of specific driving experience
Must be at least 21 years old
Must possess a valid Class A, B, or C Commercial Driver's License (CDL) or equivalent driving experience in the military
Must be able to lift products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis and up to 170 pounds
Preferred Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or General Education Degree
