Lead the reconstruction division by overseeing projects from initial Xactimate estimating and approval to final completion. Develop scalable systems and processes to build a high-performing construction department while managing property owner and adjuster communications.
Requires at least 3 years of experience in residential or light commercial construction scoping and estimating with proficiency in Xactimate. Candidates must have a strong understanding of insurance concepts and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
