The Medical Billing Manager is responsible for reviewing, researching, and resolving unpaid or denied insurance claims to ensure accurate reimbursement. They will also collaborate with billing and administrative teams to identify denial trends and improve internal processes.
Candidates must hold a Certified Professional Coder (CPC) certification and possess experience in medical billing or revenue cycle management. Proficiency with EMR/EHR systems and a strong understanding of insurance guidelines and coding standards are required.
