The primary duties include managing patient check-in and check-out, insurance verification, and scheduling. The role also involves handling phone calls, over-the-counter collections, and general data entry.
Candidates must have at least 3 years of medical office experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office and EMR systems. A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

We are seeking an experienced medical receptionist. The position encompasses all areas of a medical front office. Candidate must possess a positive attitude, have the ability to follow direction, pays attention to detail and is a strong team player.
Responsibilities:
The primary function of this position is patient check in & out, over the counter collection, insurance verification, answering & routing phone calls, patient scheduling, data entry. Etc.
Qualifications:
Candidate must have the ability to work independently, demonstrate good judgment and remain composed under stress. High energy, excellent interpersonal and multi-tasking skills. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office; prior EMR experience. Etc.

Practice is open 7 days a week therefore, weekend and holiday coverage is required but rotational. Work schedule is Monday thru Friday, 8 hours per day starting as early as 5:30 am. Rotating holidays and weekends.
