The Teacher Case Manager will co-teach and adapt curriculum to meet individual student learning goals while managing IEPs and tracking student data. They will collaborate with school staff to provide specialized instruction and lead IEP review meetings to ensure student success.
Candidates must hold at least a Bachelor's degree and possess a strong background in special education, including knowledge of documentation compliance. Proficiency in Google Suite applications is required, and certification in special education is preferred.

TCMs co-teach, adapt lessons, manage Individualized Education Programs (IEP), and track data for student learning goals. Teacher Case Managers regularly collaborate with teachers, leaders, and staff to ensure student success. We are hiring for a few positions in various grade levels.
