The Account Manager guides customers through the journey of evaluating, adopting, and renewing Altium solutions. They focus on driving customer outcomes, successful migrations to cloud-connected workflows, and capturing insights to improve the customer experience.
Candidates should have 0-1 year of experience in a customer-facing role and a proactive attitude. Native-level German and fluent English (B2+) are mandatory requirements.
We are seeking highly motivated Account Managers to serve as trusted guides throughout the customer journey, helping users successfully evaluate, adopt, expand, and renew their use of Altium solutions. This role sits at the intersection of customer success, product adoption, sales, and customer intelligence. Unlike traditional sales roles, Account Managers are measured by customer outcomes, successful migrations, retention, adoption, and the quality of customer insights they capture to improve the overall customer experience.
Engage with customers during critical stages of their journey, including evaluation, onboarding, adoption, renewal, and expansion.
Identify and remove obstacles preventing customers from realizing value.
Guide customers toward self-service resources when appropriate while providing expert assistance when needed.
Assist customers transitioning from legacy licensing models to Altium Develop.
Educate customers on the value and capabilities of modern cloud-connected workflows.
Drive successful onboarding and activation of new workspaces.
Identify trends, recurring friction points, and opportunities for product improvement.
Provide actionable feedback to Product, Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams.
Improve customer retention and renewal rates.
Increase migration success from legacy products to Altium Develop.
Identify opportunities for additional capacity, expansion, and product adoption.
Help customers navigate purchasing decisions while maintaining a consultative, customer-first approach.
