The role focuses on developing biomethane projects, specifically managing permitting processes and conducting economic-financial analyses. It also involves coordinating stakeholders, monitoring project milestones, and managing data via Zoho.
Candidates need a degree in Engineering, Economics, or a related field with at least 3 years of experience in renewable energy, preferably in Biogas/Biomethane. Proficiency in Office (Excel) and strong organizational skills are required, with M&A knowledge being a plus.
Per rafforzare il nostro team, siamo alla ricerca di una figura di Project Developer dedicato allo sviluppo di progetti nel settore Biometano da inserire nel nostro team in forte crescita.
La risorsa darà supporto nella gestione e nello sviluppo dei progetti, con particolare attenzione agli aspetti autorizzativi, all'analisi economico-finanziaria e al coordinamento delle attività progettuali.
Principali responsabilità:
Permitting: Supportare il processo di permitting e autorizzazione dei progetti biometano.
Analisi Finanziaria: Effettuare analisi economico-finanziarie e predisporre modelli di valutazione dei progetti.
Richieste di Connessione: Gestire e monitorare le richieste di connessione alle reti competenti.
Project Management: Monitorare le milestone e le scadenze, predisponendo reportistica periodica sullo stato di avanzamento dei progetti.
Gestione Dati: Aggiornare e gestire le informazioni progettuali attraverso la piattaforma Zoho.
Stakeholder Management: Gestire i rapporti con fornitori, consulenti e partner tecnici per la raccolta di informazioni e l'ottenimento di preventivi.
Negoziazione e Contrattualistica (Optional/Plus): Supporto alla negoziazione di termsheet e contratti feedstock con proprietari agricoli e scouter; eventuale supporto alle attività di M&A e alla contrattualistica associata.
Requisiti
Formazione: Laurea in Ingegneria, Economia, o discipline affini.
Esperienza: Almeno 3 anni di esperienza nel settore delle energie rinnovabili, idealmente nel settore specifico del Biogas / Biometano. Il possesso di un network di contatti nel settore sarà considerato un plus.
Competenze tecniche: Conoscenza dei processi autorizzativi e buona capacità di analisi economico-finanziaria. La conoscenza dei fondamenti di M&A e della contrattualistica di settore sarà considerata un plus.
IT Skills: Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office (in particolare Excel) e attitudine all'uso di gestionali/CRM.
Soft Skills: Ottime capacità organizzative, gestione simultanea di più attività, orientamento al risultato e attitudine al lavoro in team.
Mobilità: Disponibilità a trasferte.

Retribuzione RAL (target):
Junior: € 35.000 Mid: € 45.000 Senior: € 60.000
Il pacchetto retributivo effettivo sarà commisurato all'esperienza e alle competenze tecnico-gestionali emerse durante il processo di selezione.
