The Clinical Instructor is responsible for training and educating nursing staff and students to ensure optimal clinical learning and competency. They also assist in developing nursing standards and monitoring patient care delivery to ensure compliance with established practices.
Candidates must hold a Diploma or Degree in Nursing and be a Registered Nurse with the Singapore Nursing Board. An Advanced Certificate in Learning & Performance (ACLP) is required, along with at least 6 years of clinical care experience.
