Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and proven experience managing a collision center or automotive repair facility. Strong knowledge of collision repair processes and proficiency in insurance claim handling is essential.

We are looking for a leader with a strong background in collision repair, customer service, and team management. 5+ years of experience in a collision center environment is preferred.
