Trainees will learn to manage store operations, including the maintenance of HVAC, refrigeration, and POS systems. They will also develop leadership skills by scheduling tasks and guiding team members to ensure a high-quality guest experience.
A high school diploma or GED is required, with a preference for backgrounds in maintenance, trades, or foodservice. Candidates must be able to lift 80 lbs, possess a valid driver's license, and be available for on-call emergency shifts.
