The Customer Experience Specialist will engage with clients to provide an immersive luxury resale experience and educate them on Rebag's technology. They are responsible for building customer profiles, managing appointments, and achieving monthly sales targets.
Candidates must be customer-oriented, tech-savvy, and passionate about fashion and sustainability. The role requires the ability to work weekends and evenings, as well as the physical capability to lift boxes and stand on the sales floor for extended periods.
