The Rig Supervisor manages crew members and maintains productivity standards to ensure quality services are safely provided. They are responsible for the technical oversight of workover rig operations, equipment maintenance, and coordinating logistics with management.
Candidates should have 5-8 years of experience on a well servicing rig and be proficient in the duties of a rig operator, floor hand, and derrick hand. A valid driver's license or CDL is required, along with strong leadership skills and the ability to perform manual labor.

The Rig Supervisor will need to be able to exhibit working knowledge of all parts on a Workover Rig and should be able to troubleshoot the mechanics of the rig and equipment on site.
