The CAD Technician will support conceptual site layouts, parcel planning, and preliminary utility and grading concepts using AutoCAD Civil 3D. They will also coordinate with project managers and engineers to produce test fit layouts while ensuring compliance with site constraints and zoning standards.
Candidates must have a diploma or degree in CAD design, civil engineering technology, or a related field with at least 2 years of experience in site/civil drafting. Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and the ability to interpret zoning ordinances and planning criteria are required.

We are seeking a Civil CAD Technician or Civil Engineer with strong Civil 3D skills to support conceptual master planning efforts for large-scale data center campus developments. This role requires a blend of technical drafting/design and an ability to work closely with civil engineers and planners to visualize site layouts during early due diligence and planning phases.

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $69,222 to $86,528 per year. This range reflects the compensation we reasonably expect to offer at the time of posting. Actual compensation will vary based on factors such as location, skills, experience, education, and internal equity. Because we operate across multiple U.S. markets, pay may differ depending on the cost of labor in specific locations. In addition to base salary, this position may be eligible for bonus, overtime or other forms of compensation and we offer a comprehensive benefits package that supports well-being, professional development, and work-life balance.
