Supervise non-exempt billing personnel to ensure departmental standards, accuracy of data, and high-quality customer service. Manage employee hiring, training, development, and adherence to integrity and compliance standards.
Requires 1-2 years of supervisory or medical billing experience, preferably in a laboratory setting. An associate degree or equivalent is preferred, along with strong communication and analytical skills.
Responsible for the supervision of the non-exempt billing personnel involved in production-focused jobs to ensure departmental standards are achieved. Accountable for the timeliness, accuracy of data and customer service to Quest patients and clients. Responsible for employee hiring, training, development, disciplinary actions, review and ensuring productivity and quality standards are achieved. Accountable to ensure all staff adhere to Quest integrity and compliance standards.
Pay range: $52,800+ per year
Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. Successful candidates may be eligible to receive annual performance bonus compensation.
