The manager is responsible for all hospital lab management and contracting arrangements to grow business through hospital partnerships. They lead regional activities as part of the Professional Lab Services team strategy.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology, Biology, or related sciences and at least 5 years of managerial experience in the laboratory industry. A Master's degree in Business or Healthcare Administration and Six-Sigma certification are preferred.

Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. Successful candidates may be eligible to receive annual performance bonus compensation.
