The Senior Corporate Counsel will draft and negotiate complex commercial healthcare agreements while serving as a strategic partner to the commercial team. They will provide legal counsel on a broad range of business, regulatory, and compliance matters including Medicare and Medicaid issues.
Candidates must hold a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree and have a minimum of seven years of experience as a practicing attorney. Proficiency in healthcare regulations, including HIPAA, Stark law, and fraud and abuse statutes, is required.

Primary responsibilities include drafting and negotiating contracts of many types and counseling internal clients on a broad range of business, compliance, healthcare and regulatory (Federal and State) matters. The Sr Corporate Counsel will serve as a key strategic partner to our Commercial team.
Salary Range: $190,000 to $230,000/year + 25% Annual Incentive Plan + LTI
Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. Successful candidates may be eligible to receive annual performance bonus compensation.
