The Community Leasing Specialist serves as the primary contact for potential residents, conducting tours and securing lease agreements. They are also responsible for marketing the community, maintaining resident relations, and managing property files.
Candidates must have 2 years of property leasing experience and be bilingual in English and Spanish. Proficiency in Resman and I Love Leasing is preferred, along with the ability to work Saturdays.

The Position:
The Community Leasing Specialist is the first point of contact with potential residents. They are responsible for meeting and greeting potential residents and providing general property information and outstanding customer service. The Community Leasing Specialist is the community sales representative who is responsible for properly securing lease agreements from qualified persons, marketing and maintaining positive resident relations.
