Manage residential and light commercial reconstruction projects from start to finish. Coordinate subcontractors while maintaining schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
Requires over 5 years of construction or general contracting experience and an established subcontractor network. Experience with insurance restoration and Xactimate is preferred.
