The Account Supervisor plays a pivotal role as a cross-functional team member responsible for leading the day-to-day with excellence and ensuring the executional success of brand campaigns and initiatives for one of the largest CPG companies in the U.S. This leader will be the ‘conductor’ of holistic advertising programs as well of a team comprised of Account, Creative, Production, Media – and be an essential part with strategic planning, creative development, and ensuring the creative output achieves clients’ and the agency’s objectives. Ultimately, creating and building trust with all internal departments, clients and partner agencies. They oversee any AEs/AAEs and manage up accordingly.
