Lead and optimize the delivery of health, safety, and wellbeing programs while managing resource capacity and forecasting needs. Oversee a portfolio of service-related projects and foster a customer-centric culture of continuous improvement.
Requires post-secondary education and at least five years of experience in service delivery, operations, or program management. Must possess strong leadership skills and a proven ability to manage complex projects in a fast-paced environment.
