The Final Table Operator visually inspects the pipe/casing and takes micrometer and pi tape readings to ensure the pipe/casing is within our set tolerance. They will also work alongside the EMI operator to properly mark any EMI indications to be sent to prove up area
Visually inspect pipe for trim issues or cosmetic issues
Check pipe straightness
Take size readings using micrometer and pi tape
Mark any reject or rework pipe according to color code
Ensure traceability information is correct and legible
Ensure coil stamp is legible
