Lead and manage structural engineering projects of all sizes, overseeing teams of engineers to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery. Responsible for securing new project work through proposals and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Structural, Civil, or Architectural Engineering, with a preference for PE/SE registration and 15+ years of experience. Proficiency in structural analysis software like Risa 3D, RAM, or Tedds is expected.
