The Mitigation Technician is responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of radon mitigation systems. This includes performing diagnostics, installing ventilation pipes and fans, and providing professional customer service.
Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and the ability to obtain NRPP certification. Preferred experience includes at least one year in construction, electrical, plumbing, or HVAC trades.

The incumbent is responsible for showing customers how to use their equipment, troubleshooting the equipment, building relationships with customers, and following company procedures. This position requires flexibility, strong time management, problem-solving and the ability to work in a team.
