Requirements
A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and a Basic Life Support card must be obtained within three months of hire. Previous experience in operating room support or as a nursing assistant is preferred.

What You Will Do:
As an Operating Room Assistant, you will function as a member of the surgical team under the direct supervision of a Registered Peri-Operative Nurse. You will be responsible for assisting in general department cleaning, case cart preparation, running errands, and assisting with transporting of patients and room turnover.
What You Will Need:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Basic Life Support Card through the American Heart Association within 3 months of hire
Previous operating room support staff role or training as a nursing assistant or other patient contact role preferred
