What you'll own:

Reporting into user acquisition leadership, you’ll drive profitable player and user acquisition across a You own the end-to-end paid social strategy, budget allocation, channel optimization, and creative execution—directing the expansion of paid social networks through rigorous, data-centric optimization.

Working across multiple brands, you'll directly influence core growth outcomes: CAC, ROAS, LTV:CAC ratios, payback periods, and channel diversification. You'll combine paid social performance strategy with hands-on execution across channels like Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging social platforms.

What you'll do:

Acquisition Strategy & Channel Ownership

• Own paid social UA strategy and campaign execution across major performance networks (TikTok, Meta, YouTube, Snapchat, etc.).

• Translate macro growth targets set by UA Leadership into granular, scalable campaign frameworks that hit ROAS and payback windows.

• Stay at the forefront of platform algorithm shifts, social ad tech innovations, and emerging ad formats to maintain competitive efficiency.

• Maintain portfolio consistency while tailoring acquisition strategies to distinct game genres, app verticals, and reward ecosystems.

Campaign Execution & Performance Optimization

• Build, launch, and manage high-volume paid social campaigns at scale.

• Develop repeatable media-buying frameworks across titles for speed, agility, and consistency.

• Continuously optimize bids, budgets, audience targeting, and campaign structures to maximize ROAS and scale.

• Leverage MMPs (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Singular) and attribution tools to detect fraud, track incrementality, and analyze cohort behavior.

Creative Strategy & Pipeline Execution

• Partner closely with Creative studios and external partners to brief, test, and iterate on high-performing ad concepts.

• Establish a rapid creative testing pipeline to continuously combat creative fatigue and identify winning concepts.

• Analyze asset-level performance metrics to feed real-time insights back into creative direction.

Analytics, Measurement & Cross-Functional Alignment

• Partner with Product, Monetization, and Data Science teams to align UA campaigns with in-app economics, retention offers, and player LTV.

• Design and execute structured channel and creative A/B tests to measure true incremental lift.

• Communicate clear, actionable growth insights and performance reporting to department leadership.

• Efficient scaling of paid social budgets while consistently hitting ROAS, CPI, and LTV:CAC targets.

• A predictable creative pipeline that yields scalable ad winners across TikTok, Meta, and dynamic channels.

• Close alignment with Growth Leadership, Creative, and Monetization teams to tie UA spend directly to long-term user value.

• Clear attribution, fraud monitoring, and reporting of social UA-driven revenue.

The Must-Haves:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, paid social, or user acquisition, with a strong emphasis on mobile gaming or mobile app growth.

• Proven track record of directly managing multi-hundred-thousand to seven-figure monthly budgets on Meta and TikTok while hitting strict ROAS, CAC, and retention KPIs.

• Deep proficiency with Mobile Measurement Partners (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Singular) and mobile attribution frameworks (including SKAN and Privacy Sandbox).

• Strong creative intuition and experience driving asset iteration loops between performance data and creative production.

• Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing conversion funnels, retention curves, and cohort performance.

• Experience using AI-enabled tools to optimize creative workflows, analysis, or efficiency while adhering to security standards.

The Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience working directly at or closely with major social ad platforms (e.g., TikTok, Meta, Google) or experience media buying for rewarded platforms.

• Familiarity with rewarded traffic models, loyalty loops, or gamified user engagement systems.

• Proficiency with SQL, Looker, Tableau, or Excel for hands-on performance analysis.

• Understanding of mobile gaming/app KPIs such as DAU, ARPDAU, LTV modeling, and payback windows.
