Develop and optimize manufacturing processes to improve production flow, quality, and productivity. Provide technical support to production and lead improvement projects using Lean methodologies.
Requires a degree in mechanical or production engineering with 1-2 years of experience in manufacturing. Must be proficient in Lean, analytical in approach, and fluent in both Swedish and English.

PrimeComp växer och söker nu en Produktionsingenjör som vill bli en del av vårt konsultteam. Hos oss får du möjlighet att arbeta i spännande uppdrag inom energi, fordonsindustri, tillverkning och högteknologisk produktion.
Som konsult kommer du att arbeta nära produktionen med fokus på att utveckla och effektivisera tillverkningsprocesser. Du blir en viktig del i arbetet med att förbättra produktionsflöden, kvalitet och produktivitet tillsammans med tvärfunktionella team.
Ge tekniskt stöd till produktionen.
Driva och delta i förbättringsarbete enligt Lean.
Utföra tidsstudier, produktionsanalyser och linjebalansering.
Utveckla och implementera effektiva arbetssätt och produktionsprocesser.
Delta i eller leda mindre produktions- och utvecklingsprojekt.
Samarbeta med produktion, kvalitet, konstruktion och R&D för att implementera tekniska lösningar.
Har en högskole- eller civilingenjörsexamen inom maskinteknik, produktionsteknik eller liknande.
Har minst 1–2 års erfarenhet från tillverkande industri eller produktionsteknik.
Har erfarenhet av produktionsutveckling, processförbättringar eller Lean.
Är analytisk, strukturerad och lösningsorienterad.
Kommunicerar obehindrat på svenska och engelska.
Meriterande är erfarenhet av:
Lean Production och Continuous Improvement.
Monteringsprocesser och industrialisering.
MES- och ERP-system, exempelvis SAP.
Underhåll eller serviceteknik.
