Lead the design, development, and continuous improvement of instrumentation and control systems for HVAC products. Provide technical leadership to the engineering team while overseeing the full product lifecycle from design to field service.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer, Electrical, or Software Engineering and a P.Eng. designation or eligibility. Candidates need at least seven years of I&C design experience in manufacturing and at least two years of leadership experience.

Instrumentation & Controls Manager
SolutionAir is seeking an experienced Instrumentation & Controls (I&C) Engineering Manager to lead the design, development, and continuous improvement of control systems for our HVAC product portfolio. Reporting to the General Manager, you will provide technical and people leadership, oversee the full product lifecycle, and collaborate across the organization to deliver innovative, high-quality, and compliant solutions.
