The Shift Lead is responsible for driving sales, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and mentoring team members. They also oversee daily store operations, including food preparation, inventory management, and maintaining store cleanliness.
Candidates should have a passion for health and wellness with experience in food service, hospitality, or retail. The role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, lift up to 50 lbs, and maintain a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
