Lead industrial pretreatment permitting and compliance projects for municipal and industrial clients in New England. Manage projects from proposal to completion, including permit development, compliance auditing, and regulatory coordination.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Science, Chemistry, or Civil Engineering with 8-15 years of relevant experience. Must have strong knowledge of EPA Pretreatment Regulations and NPDES permitting.
We are seeking an experienced Senior Environmental Specialist / Project Manager to lead industrial pretreatment permitting and compliance projects for municipal and industrial clients throughout New England. This position offers the opportunity to serve as a technical expert and trusted advisor while managing complex regulatory and permitting programs.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial wastewater regulations, pretreatment program management, permit development, compliance auditing, and client management.
You are a technical expert in industrial pretreatment who enjoys solving complex compliance challenges, advising clients, and managing projects. You have the confidence to work independently, the experience to guide clients through regulatory requirements, and the leadership skills to grow long-term client relationships.
Salary Range: $120,000–$140,000 annually, commensurate with experience, qualifications, and project management responsibilities. Bonus eligibility and comprehensive benefits included.
