Execute routine testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products to ensure quality standards in thermoplastic manufacturing. Maintain laboratory instruments through calibration and preventative maintenance while documenting results in the LIMS.
Requires a high school diploma and at least 2 years of experience in a quality control laboratory setting. Candidates must be proficient in digital data reporting and capable of lifting up to 50 pounds in a fast-paced environment.
As Quality Control Technician, you are working in conjunction with production and quality assurance manufacturing technicians to ensure the highest standards of quality and consistency in our preformed thermoplastic manufacturing process. You utilize a comprehensive understanding of thermoplastic materials and are committed to maintaining exceptional quality control throughout manufacturing. You will report to the Quality Manager and will work on-site at the Thomasville, North Carolina facility.
