The Sales Manager will lead business development initiatives for powder coatings to achieve specific revenue targets while managing key customer relationships. They will also oversee sales performance, project pipelines, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and market growth.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Marketing, or Engineering. A minimum of 6-8 years of sales experience in coatings or chemicals, including at least 5 years in a leadership or business development role, is required.
You will lead new business development initiatives for powder coatings in the General Finishing (GF) and Home Appliance segments. These initiatives target generating revenues of USD 1 million in 2026, USD 2 million in 2027, and USD 3 million in 2028. You will have to sustain and expand the current wood coatings business portfolio, delivering sales revenue of USD 2 million in 2026 and USD 3 million in 2027. You will build strong customer relationships and accomplish growth strategies to strengthen market presence and long-term profitability. You will develop strategic plans, identify new business opportunities, manage key customer relationships, and lead commercial activities to strengthen our position as a preferred powder coatings suppliers in the market. You will be reporting directly to Business Manager Vietnam & Philippines.
