The Occupational Therapy Assistant implements therapy programs and activities to help patients restore and reinforce their physical abilities. They work collaboratively with the rehabilitation team to deliver personalized, patient-centered care in a compassionate environment.
Candidates must be graduates of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program and hold initial certification from the NBCOT. Additionally, they must be licensed or eligible for licensure in the state of practice.
