Provide Tier 1-2 technical support for hardware and software while managing Microsoft 365 and cloud administration. Support the deployment and governance of AI platforms and assist with cybersecurity compliance and SOC 2 audits.

This is more than a traditional helpdesk role. As a Junior IT Support Specialist, you will support employees across the organization while gaining hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, cybersecurity, AI tools, automation, and cloud administration.
