The operative is responsible for driving an IPV and setting up, maintaining, and removing traffic management sites in compliance with NHSS. They must ensure safety through risk assessments, daily vehicle checks, and adherence to RAMS and Method Statements.
Candidates must possess Lantra approved Traffic Management qualifications and a full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points. They must also have the right to work in the UK and be able to pass a drugs and alcohol check.

What we are looking for:
We are seeking Operatives with Traffic Management experience. This is a great opportunity to join one of our leading Traffic Management clients.
All Candidates must have experience in one or more of the below positions:
Duties may include:
Driving an IPV.
Setting up, maintaining and removing Traffic Management sites in compliance with NHSS.
Reporting near misses and anything necessary to site or Operation Managers.
Being able to read and interpret CAD traffic management drawings.
To ensure the team works in a safe and effective manner to achieve optimum output and to the required quality of operations.
Ensure compliance with Health & Safety at Work Act at all times.
Be aware and comply to the provided RAMS.
Safely managing the unloading/loading of vehicles containing Traffic Management equipment required.
Ensure safe working practices are followed as outlined in Method Statements.
Complete Risk Assessments.
Complete daily vehicle checks and report plant & vehicle defects.
