The Receptionist manages the front desk by greeting patients, handling phone inquiries, and coordinating appointments. They are also responsible for clerical tasks, cash collection, and managing accounts receivable and payable.
A minimum of a high school diploma is required, with an associate degree preferred. Candidates should have 1-3 years of office experience and exceptional customer service and computer skills.

The Receptionist role is responsible for creating a positive patient centric experience by providing excellent customer service to patients. The role performs all reception, secretarial/clerical aspects of the program including cash collection, and assisting with ordering of supplies. As a receptionist, you play a direct role in saving the lives of our patients each day by serving our residents in a safe environment promoting long term recovery. You will partner with the Executive Director to establish and maintain a therapeutic environment and routine for our residents.
