The Project Manager is responsible for the initiation, implementation, and management of electrical business services, ensuring projects are completed on-time and on-budget. They also manage personnel and resources while cultivating customer relations to identify new sales opportunities.
Candidates must have at least 5 years of management experience in the industrial electrical industry and possess a Master Electrical License. A degree or certification in an electrical discipline or business administration is required, along with strong knowledge of safety and construction regulations.

The Corporate Headquarters are located in Grantsville, MD with several offices throughout the country.
The general role of the Project Manager – Electrical is to be responsible for the initiation, implementation, and management of electrical business services, initiatives, and opportunities within the Electrical Division. The Project Manager is also responsible for supporting customer service and growth within the Electrical Division. The Project Manager will manage processes, personnel, and resources to provide services, products and/or deliverables that are on-time, on-budget and meet or exceed customer expectations.
The Project Manager must possess the knowledge, experience, licenses, and ability to work with new and/or developed customers to determine business and operational needs and opportunities for Pillar Innovations and to provide continuous improvements and efficiencies for its’ customers. The position must be able to work a flexible schedule that includes travel, out-of-town work, weekends, extended hours, and call-out work.
The Project Manager will report to the Department Manager - Electrical and will work primarily out of the designated location.
