The role involves end-to-end ownership of corporate finance, including accounting, financial planning, and the development of techno-economic and project models. Additionally, the lead will explore debt financing and support equity fundraising and investor relations.
Candidates must have a STEM degree with finance experience or a business degree with technical environment experience, plus at least 2 years of professional experience. Prior experience in private equity, top-tier consulting, or fast-paced startups is strongly preferred.

We solve hard problems and are product-first. Our hydrolyzer-based Direct Air Capture (DAC) technology, enabling scalable and low-cost CO2 capture from ambient air. The electrochemical technology allows off-the-shelf components and is ideally suited to the intermittent nature of renewable energy sources.
With proven offtake agreements from customers such as Google, McKinsey, JPMorganChase, Shopify, Stripe, H&M, and Deep Sky; we're one of only seven DAC companies with real market validation.

Own Corporate Finance, i.e. oversee accounting, own financial planning (Financial Model, Corporate Model)
Take over more strategic and project related topics, gradually take over ownership on Techno-Economic-Model and Project Model
Explore debt financing and support with equity fundraising and investor relations
