The Operations Administrator will coordinate daily schedules for consulting arborists and manage the administration of jobs from enquiry to completion. They will also support field teams and consultants while ensuring operational documentation and management systems are accurately maintained.
The ideal candidate should have previous experience in operations, scheduling, or administration roles and possess strong organizational and communication skills. Proficiency in computer systems, specifically Simpro software, and a proactive, customer-focused approach are highly valued.

We're looking for an organised, proactive and customer-focused Operations Coordinator to join our team. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you'll play a critical role in coordinating daily operations, supporting our field teams and consultants, and ensuring jobs progress efficiently from enquiry through to completion.
This is a fast-paced role that suits someone who enjoys variety, thrives on organisation and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service.
