1. Support the preparation and coordination of the monthly PFLNG Facility Leadership Team (FLT) Performance Report and Performance Pack.
2. Assist in monitoring, consolidating, and analyzing PFLNG operational, financial, HSSE, and strategic performance indicators.
3. Support the development and maintenance of performance dashboards using Microsoft Power BI.
Digitalization & Process Automation
1. Support the enhancement and maintenance of digital reporting tools using Microsoft Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
2. Assist in data management, dashboard visualization, and reporting process automation.
Secretariat & Governance Support
1. Assist in the secretariat function for monthly Facility Leadership Team (FLT) meetings.
2. Coordinate meeting logistics, agenda preparation, presentation materials, matters arising, and minutes of meeting.
3. Track action items and follow-up with focal persons on agreed deliverables.
Strategic Planning & Roadmap Development
1. Support the development, monitoring, and reporting of the PFLNG ANCHOR Roadmap and strategic initiatives.
2. Assist in tracking milestone achievements, progress reporting, and communication of strategic roadmap initiatives.
Stakeholder & Event Management
1. Assist in organizing management meetings, workshops, townhalls, leadership sessions, and strategic planning engagements.
2. Support food & beverage (F&B) arrangements, venue coordination, participant registration, and meeting logistics.
Administrative & Ad-Hoc Support
1. Support data collection, analysis, presentation preparation, and documentation activities undertaken by the BPP team.
2. Assist in responding to management requests, audits, benchmarking exercises, and special projects.
