From building business dashboards and uncovering growth opportunities to leading founder-led strategic initiatives, you'll gain exposure to every aspect of scaling a high-growth startup.

Build and own business dashboards covering revenue, profitability, inventory, customer acquisition, retention and operational performance.
Develop a deep understanding of the business across D2C, marketplaces, quick commerce and offline channels.
Analyse large datasets to identify trends, opportunities and business risks.
Translate data into actionable recommendations for leadership.
Track key business metrics and proactively surface insights that improve growth and efficiency.
Partner directly with the founders on high-impact strategic projects.
Conduct market research, competitive benchmarking and consumer analysis.
Build business cases, financial models, presentations and growth plans.
Evaluate new business opportunities, partnerships and expansion initiatives.
Work closely with Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Product, Operations and Customer Experience.
Drive execution across founder priorities and strategic initiatives.
Remove execution bottlenecks by coordinating across teams.
Ensure projects move from idea to implementation with speed and accountability.
Fresh graduates from IITs, IIMs, BITS Pilani, SRCC, St. Stephen's, NITs, or other Tier-1 institutes,
MBA graduates from Tier-2 business schools with prior Founder's Office, Strategy, Consulting, Growth, or Business Operations internship experience.
0–2 years of experience (Freshers with exceptional internships are encouraged to apply).
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint.
Comfortable working with numbers, dashboards, and business metrics.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to independently manage multiple high-priority projects.
High ownership mindset with a bias for action.
Curiosity to learn, execute, and build in a fast-paced startup environment.
