The role is responsible for coordinating vocational assessments, job coaching, and placement activities for clients on the ACT Team. It involves developing individual treatment plans, managing a primary caseload, and establishing partnerships with employers and funding sources like DORS.
A Bachelor's degree in Vocational Rehabilitation or Human Services is preferred, along with at least two years of experience in vocational services or mental health. Candidates must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
