The Barback is responsible for setting up bars, stocking supplies, and supporting bartenders with non-alcoholic drinks and prep work. They must maintain a clean and safe workstation while providing professional customer service to guests.
A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and prior experience in a fast-paced service environment is preferred. Candidates must possess strong communication skills and be available to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.

Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience.
