The HR Coordinator will provide administrative support, manage employee records, and assist with hiring and onboarding processes. They will also monitor compliance and help maintain company culture through internal communications and recognition programs.
Candidates must have a high school diploma and proficiency in Spanish, with an associate's degree in HR or a related field preferred. Experience in office administration and HR generalist functions is highly desired.
